Debut developer Origen Realty on Thursday opened the sales office of The Oryza, its first housing project, in Gurugram’s Sector 88A. The project is on the Dwarka Expressway and will have only 3 BHK homes.
Phase 1 of The Oryza covers about 4.65 acres. It is part of a larger licensed township spread over 8.26 acres.
The company said it built the sales gallery in 45 days. Homebuyers and property brokers can visit it to meet the team, see the project plan and ask questions before they buy.
“Completing our sales gallery within 45 days is really commendable and it reflects the dedication, planning and collective effort of our team,” said Ashish Tandon, chief business officer, Origen Realty.
Tandon said the quick build shows how fast the company plans to deliver its projects. He added that the firm wants to grow its presence in Gurugram.
Sector 88A lies along the Dwarka Expressway, which links Dwarka in Delhi with Gurugram. The stretch has drawn several big housing projects in recent years as roads and connectivity have improved.
