Signature Global has picked B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited (BLK) to build its Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram. The construction firm gets a contract worth about ₹496 crore. The project will take five to six years to complete.
The developer announced the deal on Friday. For homebuyers, it means the project now has a builder in place. Phase 1 has already sold out, and Phase 2 was launched recently.
The project is in Sector 71. Signature Global calls it India’s first Tonino Lamborghini branded homes.
What BLK will build
BLK will build the main structure of the project. This includes civil and structural work up to plaster level and part of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work.
The contract covers five residential towers:
– Four towers, each with three basements and 41 floors
– One tower with three basements, a ground floor and 39 floors
The commercial and ancillary buildings and other related works are also part of the contract.
“The award of this contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons marks an important step in bringing Tonino Lamborghini Residences from vision to reality,” said Lalit Aggarwal, co-founder and vice chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd.
“As India’s first Tonino Lamborghini branded residences, the project demands a standard of execution that matches its design ambition, and BLK’s experience and engineering capability make them the right partner for it,” he said.
“Our focus now is on building well, maintaining quality at every stage, and delivering homes that live up to the standards the Tonino Lamborghini name represents,” Aggarwal added.
812 homes on 12.40 acres
The project spreads over 12.40 acres and will have 812 premium homes in five towers. Each floor will have only four homes around a core. The company says this low-density plan gives residents more privacy and quiet.
This is the Tonino Lamborghini brand’s first residential project in India. The company says it brings the brand’s Italian design heritage and its “Total Living” philosophy into the home.
The design team is led by Angela Krieger, Creative Director of Tonino Lamborghini Total Living. Handel Architects of New York is the principal architect, and Bose Brothers Architects is the executive architect. Carlos Rossi will do the interiors.
Signature Global describes the project as a “Vertical Village”. It will have a continuous green walkway called the “Social Ribbon” and a members-only clubhouse. The project has an IGBC Platinum rating, the highest green-building rating in India.
The company says the project is on course to become one of Gurugram’s most distinguished addresses, combining Italian design with Signature Global’s focus on quality and delivery.
Part of SG SPR Estate
The homes are part of SG SPR Estate, a larger township Signature Global is building in Sector 71. It will be anchored by a 25-acre Commercial Business District being developed with RMZ Corporation.
The location connects to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Golf Course Road and IGI Airport.
