Buying a branded luxury home from M3M India now comes with a key to a private club. On Thursday, the Gurugram-based developer launched M3M Black Circle. It is an invitation-only platform that lets its homeowners meet the people behind the global luxury brands linked to their homes.
The launch comes with a big growth target. M3M calls itself India’s largest player in branded residences. It plans to grow its branded portfolio from about 6.9 million sq ft to 10 million sq ft by the end of 2026. The company expects this to bring in an additional ₹13,400 crore in revenue. With only two months left in the year, that means adding about 3.1 million sq ft in a short time.
Paris debut with Jacob Arabo, Elie Saab Jr.
Black Circle began in Paris. M3M hosted owners of its Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences on a curated trip. They met Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr. in person. The trip also included fine dining and private luxury cruises.
This is not the first such meeting. Earlier, buyers of M3M’s Trump homes met Donald Trump Jr. in the United States at his private invitation. Through Black Circle, the company says it wants to make this kind of access a regular part of owning one of its branded homes.

‘Not a trip, a sense of belonging’
“Luxury today is no longer defined by what you own, but by who you know and where you are welcome,” said Robin Mangla, President, M3M India.
“With Black Circle, we are opening doors that have traditionally stayed closed: to the founders, designers and visionaries behind the world’s most admired brands. What we saw in Paris was not a trip; it was a sense of belonging to a global circle,” he said. Mangla added that this was the new benchmark for branded living in India and the company intends to keep raising it.
Six projects, 500 owners
M3M and Smartworld together have six branded-residence projects:
– Three Trump developments
– Two ELIE SAAB developments
– One Jacob & Co. development
According to company figures, these cover about 6.9 million sq ft. Around 500 owners live in them.
More global brands on the way
M3M says it is in advanced talks with some of the world’s most sought-after luxury brands for new real estate tie-ups in India. As the portfolio grows, the company plans to roll out Black Circle across all of its branded residences.
For homebuyers, the message is clear. Developers in the luxury segment are no longer selling only space, design and amenities. M3M is now pitching exclusive access and curated experiences with global brands as part of the deal. The company says this will create a more personal and lasting ownership experience.
